Connie is actively facilitating StrengthsFinder workshops within schools for teachers, administrators and students 5th - 12th grades. Using Gallup's Strengths Explorer for young students and StrengthsFinders for ages 15 & above, Connie customizes her workshops for the needs of her particular audience. Doing business as Connie Lea Creative, she also does specialized StrengthsFinder retreats for families, small groups and businesses. Connie is also in the process of becoming certified as an instructor for the internationally known Brave Girls Club, "Soul Restoration". Later this year she will be combining the beauty of both StrengthsFinders and the "Soul Restoration" curriculum (taught at Brave Girls Camp) to offer amazing women's empowerment retreats!

Well he came along right after I traveled to San Diego. It started when I created a Vision Board of the perfect man for me. As crazy as it sounds, I didn’t even know what a vision board was yet, I just put all my favorite pictures of what I wanted in a man (boy) on this poster board and hung it next to my bed so I could see it everyday when I woke up and every night when I went to bed. At the age of 14, this young man came into my life. Five years later, we married, and we have just celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary this past May! After all these years, he is still my dream man. At the age of 23, after a year long move to Florida then back to McCook, it was finally time to give San Diego a try. And here, we have lived happily for the last 27 years!
Not only did I moved to San Diego, I learned to become a Medical Biller, coder and consultant. I then started my own business. Medical Billing Enterprises, which is a Medical Billing business that was created to help mothers like me, stay at home, raise their children and still have an income. I loved the concept and so must have all the ladies that work for me, because they've all been with me since day one!
A long the way of my beautiful life, I have became a Cancer survivor, and a survivor of a horrible accident that almost took my life... well it did take my life and by the grace of God, I was sent back to find my real purpose here on earth. This real purpose was to help others. Through my journeys I have found ways to conquer my fear, achieve my goals, and live the life of my dreams. Now it's time I share this all with you. Your dream is out there and you deserve to live it. You just have to be clear on what it is!!
